The scale lamp is the simplest and earliest product I’ve designed. The inspiration of this work was a biomimicry of fish scales. The way how fishes regulate their body temperature by adjusting their scales and the reflection against UV rays, resonating with how this lamp optimizes light output for efficiency and well-being.
